Hi there!
Hello! My name is Thuy, pronounced “Twee”. I always disliked roll call during school because everyone would mispronounce my name. Therefore, I have always used “Twee” for my communication and social media accounts to make it easy for everyone. Plus, I think it’s pretty cute!
Now, a little bit about myself. My love for photography started when I was 7 years old, and my dad handed me his 35mm camera. Ever since then I have been capturing endless memories for all friend and family events! In 2009, I purchased my first “real” camera and started taking photos of my kids. The rest is history! The journey my photography has taken me on is one I will never forget, and one I will be forever grateful for. I love meeting new faces and gaining forever friends along the way.
The makeup aspect came as a surprise! Growing up I rarely wore makeup, and when I did, it was typically the bare minimum. I self-taught by watching makeup tutorials on YouTube and immersing myself for a few months straight! I have always had a creative “eye”, so I guess it makes sense that I was able to pick it up so quickly. Being able to provide this additional service has been amazing, especially for my seniors! The hour I take to do makeup before a session, allows me to really get to know my clients, and make the photo session even more memorable!
